Kevlon Rust Converter is a superior fast acting concentrated liquid that changes rust deposits into impenetrable phosphate layer with excellent adhesion to metal surfaces. It has a special penetrating agent that increases its ability to dissolves rust and prevents further build-up. Its bonderizing power transforms rust deposits into inert phosphate layer to enhance paint adhesion.
Degrease metal before treatment. Apply chemical by soaking or brushing. Reaction starts after a few minutes of application and let it stand for about 30 minutes until rust and scales are loosened. For heavier deposits, let stand overnight. Brush away loosened particles that may form, no need to rinse. Surface is now ready for painting.
