Kevlon Straight Cutting Oil is a superior , high shock-load resistant cutting oil for machining tough ferrous materials and alloys, mild steel and cast iron. It is designed for use in medium to heavy cutting operations. Its excellent lubricity promotes longer tool life, smoother finishes and lower machining temperatures. The transparent quality of this oil provides closer observation of work piece thereby improving accuracy and reducing errors. It does not produce any mist during operation.
Kevlon Straight Cutting Oil is used in wide variety of machining operations especially in medium and heavy cutting, tapping and threading operations. It is also suitable for use in milling, drilling, turning, grinding, broaching and honing operations. It can be mixed with light duty cutting fluids for occasional difficult machining operations.
